All exhibitors must move in the day before the show, March 19.  If your unable or have a small set-up please confirm these details with AEA office. info@albertaelec.com

Send your customers a "reminder" email, with details that will be of interest to your customer to ensure their attendance and encourage more from their company to attend.

Come prepared to engage your customers and new customers with your new products and technology's, products that will interest the clients you have invited and potential clients.  Have solutions to their potential problems.

SEMINARS

These are being reviewed and decided on by your peers. Interesting topics are targeted to the "interest" groups that reflex YOUR customers.  Once the list has been confirmed, send these out to YOUR customers.  "Hi "customer" thought you might be interested, said seminar, here is a link to register for the expo coming up".

We are reviewing topics that would interest your customers and potential customers.

YES. We two things.

1- that it be technical NOT a lunch and learn.  You can dazzle them with your products and technology on the show floor.  People come to learn.  

2- those that are doing a presentation have to be participating as an exhibitor.  This is an advantage to you as attendees usually have lots of questions and what better way to answer in your booth with all the experts and products / technology for reference.


If you or someone in your company can keep it technical call our office 1-800-642-5508.  Doing presentation really does give you an added advantage.

Of course you can and we encourage it as it will give your company a huge advantage as you are now the "expert" and people WILL come to your booth with questions.

You may cancel prior to Jan 31, 2025 with 50% refund, after that no refunds. If we can resell your booth location then we will give you 75% refund.
