Dean is the personification of professionalism and raises the bar as an example for the industry. Dean is my go to person for anything lighting related, his extensive experience always lends to a solution no matter how hard the application is. I have had the pleasure of calling Dean my good friend for over 25 years. He is renowned in the industry and anyone who knows him will say the same things about him. My nickname for Dean is the "Guru" of lighting. He more than deserves recognition for all of his contributions to our industry. he started at the House of Light in 1985/1986, Commercial Lighting Products in 1994, he started Advantage Lighting in 2008 and then in 2012 LSW Lighting was founded.

Vicki is celebrating her 25th anniversary in the industry and 25 years serving valued clients and friends at Poco Energy (aka Powerco Canada). Vicki joined Powerco Canada in 1999 soon after the company’s’ start and has been a valuable part of our team ever since. Her first year with the company saw a very busy time dealing with UPS and power quality systems with a pending Y2K event. Vicki's first roles with Powerco where there was only 2 employees was ... everything. She quickly assumed responsibilities ranging from reception, customer service, bookkeeping, marketing, order management and expediting. Vicki’s thoughtful and logical guidance played a large role in her contribution to Poco the team and her ability to deal with "difficult" customers with a smile and a professional pleasant attitude as can be attested by our suppliers, customers and distribution partners. As Operations Manager for Poco, Vicki always shows a steady hand and plays key roles in guiding new staff, assisting with corporate decisions, managing post order work for our team and being a steady positive influence on our team. I would like to express great gratitude to Vicki for her 25 year contribution to Poco Energy but more so for being a great person, friend and mentor.
